The Cardigan Bay coast of West Wales has
some of the finest scenery in Britain. From the wide expanse of Hell's
Mouth beach on the Lleyn peninsula in the north to the rugged cliffs
and secret coves of Pembrokeshire in the south, this is a Holiday
paradise for those who love the outdoors and who enjoy fine beaches, abundant
wildlife, spectacular scenery and clean air.
Cardigan Bay is famous for its
Dolphins, having one of the largest populations of Bottlenose Dolphins
found around the British Isles. Although New Quay is the centre of
Dolphin watching and research, they may be seen throughout the bay. A large section
from just south of Cardigan to mid Ceredigion has been
declared a special area of conservation because of the range and
diversity of its marine life.
